Business Development Manager
Reporting to the General Manager,
The successful candidate is to champion and build the business relationships cross the Asia-Pacific region, in particular, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea and Thailand; through close engagement with the business partners and relevant stakeholders, seek out business opportunities and maximize the organisation’s revenue.
Negotiate the best insurance terms with the appointed insurers and be responsible for the execution of marketing strategies across the region.
Working closely with the affinity partners, you will facilitate the product development process, including pricing and structuring; campaign implementation and the review campaign performance
Tertiary qualified with at least 10 years of regional work experience of which five years in insurance, you should have good knowledge of retail insurance industry, particularly affinity marketing and or bancassurance.
Prior product marketimg experience coupled with strong account and relationship management skills are essential.
